1. Services
Aihomevo offers installation, maintenance, and subscription-based support for AI-powered home devices. Services begin once you accept an order. Some services require scheduling and allocation of technical staff.
Service Transfer: You may transfer a subscription to another individual by contacting our support team via Contact Support. Transfers must be approved and scheduled in advance.
Non-Refundable Services: Custom on-site installations are non-refundable due to the dedicated resources allocated upon order confirmation.
2. Info Products
We offer digital manuals, guides, and training courses. Access is granted immediately after purchase.
Refunds: If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not downloaded or accessed the material, we will process a full refund. To request, please use Contact Support.
Service Transfer: Digital content licenses are not transferable once access is granted.
3. Goods
Aihomevo sells smart home devices and related hardware. Physical items are shipped to the address provided.
Return and Replacement: You may return goods within 30 days of delivery in original condition. To initiate, contact Contact Support for a return authorization. Returned items must include all accessories and packaging.
We will inspect the return and issue a replacement or refund as outlined below.
4. Refund Policy
Refund Methods: Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment within 14 days of approval.
Services: Standard remote support subscriptions may be canceled within 7 days for a full refund. No refunds for on-site custom installations.
Info Products: Full refunds within 7 days if material is unused. No refunds after access or download.
Goods: Returns approved within 30 days. Shipping costs are refundable if the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Scheduling Adjustments: If you need to reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Late rescheduling may incur a fee or be non-transferrable.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and post a revised version with a new date at the top. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
